Star Trek Online Credits (shortened to STO) is a MMORPG which was develop by Cryptic Studios. It has its base on Gene Roddenberry's Star Trek Credits. STO Credits is set in the twenty fifth century and thirty years after the events of Star Trek Credits: Nemesis. STO Credits is the first MMORPG game done within the Star Trek Credits franchise. There are references to many famous ships, characters and storylines from the Star Trek Credits shows. Zachary Quinto is the voice of STO Credits game. It was released in February 2, 2010.

Each player can captain their own ship. They can also create an entire new race. These players can serve either the Klingon Empire or United Federation of Planets. Players can explore space. Players are able to beam down to various planets for face-to-face confrontations. Right now, players can only explore the certain locations inside the ship (such as bridge).

The current plan, however, is to make the entire ship explorable.

There is a "Genesis System" that allows Cryptic Studios to create and add brand new star systems to Star Trek Online Credits. Players can explore these new and uncharted star systems. They can new technologies and resources. Players can find races with special abilities that can be recruited to join the players' crew.

STO Credits has two different combat systems. Away-team missions feature a fast paced "run and gun" combat. Space combat, on the other hand, stresses the long-term tactical aspect of combat between capital ships, in concert with the Star Trek Online Credits storyline, and will entail positioning, shifting power between weapons and shields, and finding various weaknesses.

There might be a Galactic Economy, which would be based on trade, and might fluctuate like a stock market. It will be possible for players to pool resources to form fleets or guilds. Quests will be issued from Central Command, and players can join together on the ground. Gameplay will be fully co-operative, and dynamic events will be one part of the game and Star Trek Online Energy Credits.

A "system of infinite exploration" will enable players to find and explore random, uncharted planets.

There will be a variety of ship classes which can be used by all players. Playable ship classes will not be restricted based on a player's specialty in Star Trek Online Energy Credits.
